Today's working environment is filled with change -- change in strategies, change in leadership, and change in resources and tools -- to name a few. The adjustment process can cause unease, confusion, concern, and even malaise among employees, making it quite challenging. With change such a commonplace reality, the ability to lead effectively while in flux is an invaluable skill.
Leading Effectively Through Change provides a framework for enhancing one's awareness of individual and team perspectives, which are often more polarized during times of transformation. Participants will learn to lead themselves and others through tools designed to promote understanding of various perspectives. By productively managing our reaction to change and its impact on our day-to-day environment, we can proactively manage our performance and success in a changing environment and be better leaders.
Through this webinar, participants will be introduced:

- Tools for better management of individual and team perspectives;
- Methods for internalizing tool application; and
- Ways to turn periods of change into an opportunity for creativity and innovation.
